7 Ocean Breeze will quickly become your new favorite Hilton Head vacation home. This end-unit is positioned at the front of the community, making it both private and an easy walk to the beach!

As you enter the property, you’re greeted with an open-concept floor plan, LVP flooring and all new furnishings. The stunning kitchen features a large island with seating for 6, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry and everything you’ll need to prepare a meal for your family!

The living room has been comfortably outfitted with a sleeper sofa, 3 chairs, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to the private patio. The patio area features a dining table with an umbrella, perfect for dining al-fresco.

Guests are also able to enjoy the newly constructed den area on the first level. This private area features a dedicated workspace, wall-mounted flat screen, sofa and leather chair. A powder room is also located off the den for added convenience.

Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second level. The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and a en-suite bathroom with double vanity and large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a custom bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. This room also has a flat screen TV and a private bath with a large vanity and a tiled tub/shower combination.

Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

The Ocean Breeze complex is pet friendly, has a swimming pool that is open from April through October, free on-site tennis, and is only a short walk to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities on Hilton Head Island. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
