Architectural Masterpiece with Private Pool by Esthetic Stays

Triple Cleaned, New construction home! This 7,200sf Beach home is the PERFECT rental for any occasion; weddings, family vacation, reunions, etc. A 2 minute walk to the beach, beautiful views and plenty of living space! The home is located in Bradley Beach area of Hilton Head Island. The home has four covered balconies, an infinity pool, two living rooms, 10 bedrooms and a private elevator. Whether you're planning a family vacation, wedding, or corporate retreat, this home will fit your needs.

The space
The home has 10 bedrooms (8 king beds and 2 sets of bunk beds in (2 sets in each room) and will sleep 24 comfortable. 12 bathrooms and 2 living spaces. The first floor has 1 king, the second and third floors have 3 kings and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and the top level has 1 king. All bedrooms have a private bath attached. DOn't worry, there is a private elevator that goes from the garage to each floor.

Other things to note
Pool heating is available for $100 per day.

The maximum occupancy for this property is strictly limited to 20 guests.

We had a wonderful experience at this property and truly enjoyed our stay. The location could not have been better with easy private access to the beach that made the whole trip feel relaxing and special. The home was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was quick to respond and made communication simple throughout our visit.The only issues we ran into were the elevator not working during our stay and not having quite enough basic supplies such as dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels. These were small inconveniences compared to everything else and did not take away from how great the property was overall.This is a beautiful, comfortable, and well‑kept place in an amazing location, and we would happily stay here again.

This house is amazing. Very clean, great views, just steps from the ocean, huge kitchen. comfortable beds, I could go on and on. Exactly as described and pictured. We didn't want to leave. We are already recommending it to our family and friends. The best place to stay on Hilton Head in our opinion. Our host was very attentive and made sure we didn't need anything. Thank you for making our stay better than we could have expected.

We had a great stay and the house is in a great location! Close to restaurants, shopping, golf & the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge garage where we could store stuff and park 3 cars. Parking was not a problem. Issues were handled quickly and communication was good. A little tricky to cook a Thanksgiving meal for 18 with a small oven and one spatula but we made it happen.

Kitchen lacked enough serving plates, etc. for our 20 guests. With 10 bedrooms, you should anticipate at least 20 place servings for the guests. Kitchen cookware (large bowls, some specialty utensils lacking.)2 bathrooms on 4th floor street side had tubs that did not drain well. Standing water each time. The Infiniti pool was shut off by the maintenance crew the 2nd day of our visit and never turned on again. Very limited seating area by the pool.The house is well designed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but as written above there were some issues.

The house is as advertised. It is beautifully furnished and very close to the beach. One of the AC units malfunctioned. I text the number provided and maintenance came right out on a Sunday afternoon. He arranged to get the unit fixed within hours providing great customer service. Our family and friends of 15 are very pleased and will most definitely consider booking this property again.

We absolutely love this vacation house with close proximity to the beach with private pool. Our family enjoyed the spacious rooms, kitchen area, and recreation area. It is perfect for a large size family reunion. It also is handicap accessible with elevator access to each of the floor. Highly recommend!

Amazing trip and property. This home exceeded our expectations. Loved having ocean views and such a gorgeous property. The top floor rooftop was the perfect family gathering spot for the evenings. The pool was cool and shaded during late afternoon, perfect after a Long Beach day. We even saw turtle hatchlings aided by the Hilton head turtle team

Family reunion house

Great property for our family reunion. We had adults and kids, there were plenty of rooms. Great common space for everyone to hangout and catch up in. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. Beach carts, toys, and chairs were handy for the beach. Only complaint was the ice maker was broken but other than that it was perfect!

Family Reunion Success

House is exceptional. We had 12 grandchildren under 6 years of age and 10 adults. The 10 bedrooms met our needs perfectly. The elevator was a Godsend.We were a little worried about the infinity pool with the small children, but close supervision addressed our concerns.Kitchen is huge with plenty of storage space and the 5th floor great room had an amazing view with a wonderful view from the balcony.The ocean is a short walk away and there is an excellent walkable playground nearby.

The home was clean and spacious, perfect for meetings and gatherings. However, the TVs in the rooms on the third and fourth floors didn't work despite our attempts to fix them. The main rooms were fine, but the bedrooms had connectivity issues. Overall, it was a great stay, and the place was well-stocked with towels, soap, and linens. We especially appreciated the laundry facilities on each floor. and the convenience of the elevator.

Great vacation!

What a great place to have a big family vacation. We had 23 people staying here (13 adults and 10 kids). So much room for everyone with great access to the beach. We are from Nebraska so we don’t get much ocean time, so we loved how close we were to the beach. All of the adults had their own beds and plenty of sleeping spots for the kids. Had to reach out to the owners once about trash pickup and they were super responsive and quick to resolve our issue. The one thing for improvement would be somewhere to wash off gear when you come back from the beach. We used the neighbors hookup so not a big deal. Overall Hilton Head did not disappoint, and a big part of our great time was this place. Would highly recommend! Thanks

Fabulous Home

What a beautiful home! We enjoyed the patio and pool as well! The size was perfect for our family of 15 adults and 3 small children. We were concerned about portable cribs fitting in parents' bedrooms, but one would have fit in every bedroom, as they were quite spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything from skillets, to large pots to cookie sheets and colanders. Don't stress about fitting 6 vehicles at this home. Four of ours were midsized and 2 were very large and we still fit them in the garage and driveway without a problem. The elevator was not operational for the majority of our stay. This was a big imposition, but thankfully it was reset the evening before we left so it could be utilized for loading up to leave. The management company was helpful and responsive to my questions and needs. We would stay here for sure again!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was everything we thought it would be. Having 8 King bedrooms with their own bathroom worked out perfect for our group of 8 golfers. The views from the top level are awesome!

Great property!

This property was perfect for our large group of children, young adults, and adults. The house was clean and spacious! The location provided a stunning view, and easy access to the beach.
