Villa; 5 minute walk to Palmetto Dunes Beach with a Great Golf Course View!!

Welcome to your home away from home; 22 Hickory Cove. The Villa is updated and well-maintained. The first floor floors and the second floor carpet were recently replaced. You will enjoy the light and cheerful colors and the fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances. This 2 bedroom and 3 full bath villa overlooks the 18th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. The living room overlooks the spacious deck where you can grill and chill while watching the golfers go by. The Palmetto Dunes beach is a 5 minute walk using the Beach Access Path. The pool is directly across the Hickory Cove roadway from the villa. Included for your use are beach chairs and a beach cart.

The floor plan of this villa is perfect for couples traveling together, families, and families traveling with grandparents or nannies. The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed and private full bath with a walk in shower with glass doors. It also opens out to the first floor deck. The 2nd floor bedroom has 2 double beds, a private full bath with tub, a flat screen TV and a balcony/deck. There is also a loft area equipped with a daybed with two twin beds and a desk. The 3rd full bath is off the living room area. The villa has free WiFi and an HD flat screen TV in the living room. The villa has a casual, beachy feel. Perfect for your stay in Hilton Head.

Hickory Cove is located in the private, gated community of Palmetto Dunes. While staying at Hickory Cove, you are within walking distance to the beach, the villa community pool, the 11-mile lagoon system, the General Store, golf, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, and bike and kayak rentals. Palmetto Dunes has extensive walking and biking paths.

My family and I just got back from staying at your Hickory Cove condo this past weekend, and I wanted to reach out to say thank you. We had a great time, and your place was perfect. Great floor plan for our group—2 parents, one adult son! Nicely decorated, comfortable & clean unit. Kitchen well equipped and a whole closet of beach stuff — a wagon, floats, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. Wi-fi worked well and check-in went smoothly, even though we arrived late.

Had a terrific week in this condo! Such a great location & quick responses from the owners with any questions we had. The kids especially loved the Beach Closet loaded with all beachy items to take on the 5 minute walk over to the beach. No doubt it will be a return for us to stay there.

Hickory Cove Palmetto

This is our second time staying at this villa, which has everything we could need, views of golf course and very short walk to beach. It’s also just a short walk to tennis and pickle ball center— really the perfect location. Beach chairs and lots of sand toys provided for the kiddos. We’ve stayed in several properties at Palmetto and this villa is our favorite.

What an amazing week we had! This villa is the perfect villa!!! We traveled with 3 children and the location to beach and pool were perfect. Great condo with an even better location

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at HHI. This condo had everything we needed and the location is within walking distance to the beach,The Palmetto Dunes General Store, and a couple places to eat. Everything was as listed and we would stay here again without reservation. Plenty of room for four adults and two tweens. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing week staying here for our Hilton Head vacation! The villa was spacious enough for our family of 6 with room to spare. You can’t beat the location either. A simple easy stroll to the beach and general store. We visited the pool daily which was also kept up very nice!

Great stay & location

We've visited HHI 20+ times over the past 30 years and always love staying in Palmetto Dunes. We stayed here in the Hickory Cove complex this time around as a precursor (3 nights) to our week-long vacation home rental with a big group the following week and were very happy. The complex is quiet and safe, close enough to walk to the beach/general store/Dunes House, and has a nice pool. The property owner, Tom, was friendly and quick to respond when we had a question regarding an additional gate pass. The home was well appointed and my dad loved sitting on the deck and watching the golfers. We would love to stay here again when we come back in 2025!

Family trip

We chose this home for our yearly family trip. This was the perfect size and location. Plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach and super close to the pool. The grill was out of gas when we arrived. Quick call to the owner who brought us one the next day. We ended up purchasing fans for our bedrooms because we are used to having the airflow of ceiling fans. If that is something you need for sleeping, I would suggest bringing one with you. Hoping to be able to stay on the same spot next year.
