Wonderfully Updated Two Bedroom Villa Close to Pool and Beach!
You'll be glad you chose this wonderful two bedroom villa with its newly updated kitchen, flooring, mattresses, bedding and furniture! The flooring has been updated throughout the entire villa. The mattresses in both the primary and guest bedrooms are new along with all bedding.
The newly updated kitchen includes custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. The kitchen will be fully-equipped upon your arrival with everything necessary to prepare a home cooked meal for the whole family!
The dining area comfortably seats six guests, while another three guests can sit at the kitchen island/pass-through as well. Beside the dining area is a door which leads to the large screened-in deck area which overlooks a large swath of Palmetto Dunes' 11-mile lagoon system! A outdoor dining table is provided for your enjoyment of this wonderful view.
The living room furniture is new and adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas. Lovely features such as a new couch and love seat make enjoying the wall-mounted Smart TV a pleasure. There is a side door here that takes you to the side deck and grill area as well as the lagoon.
Behind the kitchen is the primary bedroom with a king size bed, HDTV and a large en-suite primary bathroom. The mattress and bedding are new! The en-suite primary bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower and a granite-topped two sink vanity.
On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom with its two double size beds, HDTV. Just down the hallway is the guest bathroom which consists of a tub and shower combination and its own granite topped one sink vanity.
The pool and hot tub are located just across the parking area for easy access. The Atlantic Ocean is just across the street and a couple minute walk away!
