A great place to stay!

We enjoyed having a King size bedroom. It was roomy, the bed was great and it had all amenities we needed. Staff was very welcoming and helpful at check in and after. Breakfast isn't just continental as stated but you can get warm items as well and everything is fresh. Coffee was hot and everything was delicious!

The hotel was in a convinent location. The rooms and the overall faciluty was average not updated in a while. During our 2 night stay both nights the guests on our floor were super loud and we could hear them throughout the night. Empty food containers and dishes were left out in corridors overnight. For breakfast which was included in our stay the waffle maker was not useable. Day 1 i requested that it be cleaned out as it had some food stuck in it the staff just put an out of order sign and shut it off. Day 2 it was out of order for reasons unknown. Overall a pretty average hotel

Great hotel, comfortable room!

Very good hotel, super comfortable and spacious room. Super fast WIFI. Friendly front counter staff and great cleaning crew. Breakfast and breakfast room both need improvement. Quality and quantity of food was sub par. Staff here seemed overwhelmed. We’ve stayed here a number of times and it is among the best hotels in Hinton so hoping the breakfast improves.

Property is old. Very noisy, the rooms above you, no sound proof insulation. You can hear everything from the room above you. Heaters in the room also noise, if they work. Breakfast very poor, even the waffle machines were out of order at my stay..... Staff is friendly and helpfull.

If you get a room by the elevator make sure you ask to move! The bell starts ringing at 5am and goes off every 5 minutes when the door open and closes. Talked to front desk about it and the guy couldn't care less, just kept playing a game on his cell phone. Never stay there again!

It's a nice older building, which is operated by some friendly helpful staff. The rooms are older and the beds are a bit cheap. And the old carpet isn't the nicest anymore. But for the price this hotel is in a good location, right near some food and shopping places. And on the edge of Hinton towards Jasper. So if you wanna avoid the overpriced hotels in Jasper. Stay here. Also they let me keep my mountain bike in my room, which was kind and convenient.

Horrible, horrible beds. Mattress hard, hard, hard, cover way too heavy but the sheet was thinner than Kleenex so not usable alone, pillows small and hard. I think sleeping between 2 sheets of plywood with a sand bag as a pillow would have been just as good. The room smelled like old floor pail water. It was hard to breathe but I didn’t really want to. 4 o’clock check-in is late in my opinion and at 3:40 my assigned room wasn’t ready yet and that’s okay but the clerk didn’t know if it would be ready by 4. He did find one that was ready. The website doesn’t mention having a hot tub. We would have loved to use it but since there was no mention of it we didn’t bring our swim wear. Very disappointed over that. The shower was very nice but if there had been 4 of us there would not have been enough shampoo etc. The room was big enough. The breakfast was good. I definitely will never be back and will certainly not recommend it. Fortunately the price was reasonable.
