I recently stayed at this hotel for a getaway trip with my sister, and it was an exceptional experience. ​ The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special with personalized touches. ​ From the warm welcome greetings at check-in to the freshly-squeezed orange juice served by the Assistant Manager, Mr. Yamada of BRIDGES, during breakfast, every detail was thoughtfully handled. ​ We stayed on the Club Floor, which included access to the Club Lounge, adding an extra layer of comfort to our visit. ​ The attentiveness of the staff was truly impressive—they genuinely care about making every guest's stay memorable and pay close attention to customer preferences, especially for special occasions. ​ I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and dedication to creating a remarkable experience for its guests.

Consistently deliver excellent services

I had a busy week and wanted to just relax to recharge myself. The staff understood my needs and made my stay extremely comfortable by bringing a room key enabled for an additional day to stay in the same room and listening to my needs. It was “in the moment” decision and I did not want to be bothered by going to the reception area to change the key. I highly recommend this hotel after you had an intensive business trip or a family gathering, and you want to just have your “me” time.

Room was spacious and very clean. Very convenient to train station and easy to catch airport bus close by. Only downsides were the hotel did not have coin laundry and had to pay extra fee to use gym. Would still highly recommend

We were family of 3. My bed was right next to the open living setup, where sink station was right next my bed, so I couldn't sleep well, every time anyone woke up. The room setup didn't feel like family friendly. May be for a solo business traveler even though the cost was not low.

not much to do near the hotel. we therefore rely on the hotel restaurants. for some reasons all restaurants were always fully booked for all 3 meals. but when going to the restaurants., it was always empty. we were really disappointed since we paid a lot of money for this hotel. it was our last 2 days in japan and we wanted to spend it away from the crowd and all the action. very disappointing . lots of staff and polite but not useful .

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, and we tried the dinner buffet once and it was also quite good. Very convenient location, as it was right next to Hiroshima station. I was disappointed that access to the pool was not included.
