Outstanding Bargain

This hotel is ideal for a visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Excellent service all around, very clean, front desk people are exceptionally helpful. Great location-central but off of the main streets. Great breakfast (included) and 2 pm tea (basically a light lunch. also included). Jolie is reasonably priced, the rooftop pool and bar are a nice extra feature. Super experience at this hotel!

This was an absolutely charming hotel. It was decorated like a library after my own heart. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and respectful. The room was very comfortable and just the right size. The cute rooftop bar had an awesome view. Breakfast was great, and they serve a free tea in the afternoon that we weren't there for, but I'm sure was great. The location is central and convenient, Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Exceptional staff!

A fantastic 4 night stay in this fabulously central location. The staff were all, without exception, helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and they even gave us a freshly packed early departure breakfast at 6.25am.

Absolutely lovely staff, had a very pleasant stay. Our room was spotless after housekeeping each day, our bedding and bathroom was very clean. Would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a great place to rest after a busy day in the city!

Excellent hotel with fantastic level of service

Great location in District 1. Nice rooftop bar and excellent breakfast. Staff are very helpful, the level of service is very high. Afternoon tea is nice, also flexibility for late checkout and luggage storage. Would definitely recommend - in fact the Silverland chain seems to offer quite a few nice hotels in HCMC

Despite the superb service and lovely shared spaces, we had an issue with our Suite. The photos shown on the Expedia site show a beautiful space with a living room area, however, when we arrived we were shown to a room on a lower level that looked nothing like the five photos of the Suite we booked and did not have a living room area at all. Instead we had a hot tub that was not filled and a sauna which we had no interest in using. It was a bait and switch situation and very disappointing. We were moved to a different room on with a nice view for the second night, but the elusive suite in the pictures was not to be found.

Great 3 Star hotel with Fantastic Staff

The service is fantastic. Very friendly staff and very attentive. This is a 3 star not 4 star. The carpets need to be changed and definitely needs some upgrading. Book the river view. Rooms like 803 703 603 - BEST VIEW IN THE CITY. I loved the kindest of this Hotel Staff just not as nice as the pictures

The staff is very courteous and friendly. They are always greeting you with a smile. The only problem I have is that the surrounding areas are not very clean. The hotel itself is pretty clean.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They were attentive and took care of our needs. Our bartender Quy was very personable and gave us tips of where to eat out in the city. The property was nice except for occasional sounds from other rooms. The bed can be softer too. Overall, we had a great time!
