Mostly the hotel provided the new towels around noon. Also, when I need just only one new towel in the evening (around 6 pm) because my towels were dropped down in the wet bathroom by accident, I called and talked to the front desk female agent, she refused to give me a new one. The young lady, Uyen, said "the room service is only one time a day and the hotel don't have any new or clean towel." I had to go to buy the new towels by myself from the market nearby. I don't see the hotel manager at all. Guests are greeted by the bell men all the times.

This is my second stay at this hotel in these past 7 months. Perfect location. Within walking distance to most attractions in the city. Front desk staff members are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
