Property was in an excellent position.Next to supermarket but secluded from it.very peaceful and just over the road from the beach club,which was excellent.Local restaurants nearby from the fabulous Paul Owen’s and Tides all on the beach.Local transport is great, buses and taxis on the doorstep.Property was comfy and generously stocked but a bit tired.Overall a great place to stay.

A great little place in Holetown

This was our third stay at Nav and Claire's bijou apartment in Golden Haven and we have already booked for next year. Not only is the apartment very well equipped and comfortable but it's very convenient for Massy's, the Beach Club and local bars and restaurants. This is important for us as my wife has walking difficulties. Communication with the owners and with Lloyd, who manages the apartment on their behalf, is always straightforward. Any problems are dealt with promptly and with minimal fuss. We hope it will be possible to return to Golden Haven for many years to come. Thank you Nav and Claire.

Comfortable & Convienant 11 nights Stay

The property is situated close to all that I wanted for my stay, The Beach and Pool were 5 mins walk away, The supermarket and Just Grillin ( grill only Restaurant), the main town and Limegrove centre a few minutes walk away for me. The ground floor condo had ample facilities for storage something that other condo's I have stayed in for the past 6 visits lacked. The bed was comfortable for me, as was the pillows. The bedroom and bathroom were tidy and clean. The shower cubicle was a freefall and hand hold option modern compared to some with plenty of space to shower, again some condo's I have experienced have been a squeeze in the bathroom. Two fans and lighting in the bedroom with choice of A/C if required made for comfortable sleeping especially as the Humidity was quite high on my stay.The lounge/living area was roomy for myself and would be for couples. It was well equipped with TV,video and sound systems. Lighting was as bright or ambient as I wanted it. Both the Lounge and ajoining Kitchen area had Fans which proved useful on my stay and the two sofa's were comfortable (A bit overstocked with scatter cushions for my liking but that's a personal thing :) ) The Kitchen was a bit cramped for worktop space, however with all the available kitchen equipment available It would serve someone well that wanted to cook full meals. I tended to eat out. The outside Patio with Fan and mostly shaded was a bonus for me. Finally the Host were very helpful both in my booking & Stay.

Location, location, location!

Next door to major supermarket, just across the road from numerous beaches, bars and restaurants. Posh Limegrove Mall had excellent coffee. Chattels Village, next door, also great for a wander round and food. Very regular buses in the road which will take you all over the island, very cheap. Great stay, we will be back!

The property could be enhanced with a bit of a upgrade , the kitchen needs a woman’s touch just to make sure all the grease was cleaned off the tiles around the cooker but that said the property was in prime position and the facilities were there to use if you wanted to but the use of the beach club was the icing on the cake just brilliant.

Holetown condo

The apartment was clean and although cosy it was well equipped .that met all my needs. I had trouble finding the beach club the caretaker LLoyd was very helpful in directing me in the right direction.

Just a short walk to everything that Holetown has to offer.

Really impressed that the owners have taken the trouble to make everything easy for their guests. UK power points with USB mounts is a great touch. The host was quick to offer a suggestion for breakfast and we ate there regularly - it was so good. Ist and 2nd Streets are looking shabby and it's time the government put some tarmac on those roads. Very pleasant evening at the Mews restaurant on 2nd Street.. Can't wait for the Surfside Bar to re-open. We'll be there in November. Massy's supermarket couldn't be more convenient, just across the car park. All in all, a real home from home.

Gold star for Golden Haven

We spent a wonderful six weeks at 18 Golden Haven. Having stayed in 2020 for four weeks we knew what to expect. It is perfect for a couple and so close to the Beach Club with its beautiful swimming pool. Massy's supermarket is next door with busses and taxis. The property itself is very pleasant with a terrace where we had our meals. The small kitchen has a full cooker, but no instructions, you have to turn the oven temperature to maximum to use as grill otherwise it heats from the bottom. A very good coffee machine Rather mixed selection of crockery and cutlery and only 2 different size wine glasses. Very good frying pans. The bedroom has aircon and 2 fans. We would have liked a larger bed, it's a queen size but we managed Very nice bathroom with great shower. There is a grassy area in front with several chickens. The tennis courts are just beyond this, one downside is the daily early morning leaf blowing Which can be very noisy. Nav and Claire are excellent hosts and always respond quickly. We would certainly recommend their apartment and would have booked again for 2023 if it had been available. Maybe the year after?

Found a special local bar, The one love bar who have great prices for their beer and a great atmosphere. The apartment had everything you could need, it was home from home. Felt really safe here. Having a safe in the apartment was a great addition and the hairdryer was a god send.

The place turned out exactly as described. The owners did a great job fitting all that was needed into a compact place, quite smartly, therefore I did not feel cramped. The convenience of shopping, food, and transportation is a definite plus. Wifi worked very well and though the place was near a trafficked area, there was zero road noise or passerby banter, as one may expect. My only suggestion was shading on the patio from the sunlight that streams through, parts of the day. Kudos on a comforatble and affordable space!!

A great property, as described.

We wanted to stay in Holetown for the week of the Holetown Festival and choose this apartment for its location. We were not disappointed. It was possible to walk to everywhere we wanted to go within 5-10 mins. So handy for the supermarket, the beach, restaurants and First Street. We were very pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in the evening in spite of all the local activity. On the evenings we did not go out we enjoyed sitting on the veranda with a glass in hand. The apartment is one of the cleanest we have stayed in. It is well equipped, homely and comfortable. Lots of fans to keep cool, aircon in the bedroom but we did not use it as the fan and open windows more than enough. We would be very happy to stay here again at some time
