I had read good reviews when I booked this so I thought this was going to be a nice stay. The room was dirty - stuff wiped on the walls, the pullout bed was disgusting, the towels in the bathroom were stained and had hairs in them. One of the queen beds is broken and slanted to one side. The floors don’t look like they have been vacuumed. Yuck. Extremely disappointing- especially since it was more expensive than some others next door that look a ton nicer in person.

Great place overall.

Great place to stay for the night, no complaints other than their breakfast was a little lacking. ( No waffles, yogurt and very limited bread selection).

I stay at this property often, me and my partner love the how friendly the staff is and how clean the rooms are but this stay was the worst ever! Shortly after getting checked in the the room while me and my partner were both changing someone entered our room, apparently the front desk assigned our room to someone else just after 30 minutes of us being there. After that we left out for the day and came back to the room and our room keys didn't work so we had to go all the way down to the front desk and get new keys. When we laid down for bed we noticed that a couple of the pillows had brown stains.

Had to wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes before anyone showed up to the front counter. Even after calling several times, there was no one around.
