The cottage had everything we needed.
The beds were comfortable as my husband is tall and struggles sometimes.
The owner was easy to contact.

Fantastic stay at a great location
Posted Oct. 15, 2023 on HomeAwayThis was such a nice cottage in an excellent location. The cottage was perfect and felt at home straight away. There was also a bottle of wine to welcome us there as well! We only had a short break, but would definitely consider booking it again to see more of lovely Norfolk.

I rarely comment on any review, however I can't let this poor, untrue, biased and unbalanced review pass without reply.
To say that the cottage is "simple & adequate" is totally inappropriate. We work hard to maintain a good to high standard throughout, please take a moment to look over all of our previous reviews, photos and comments.
The second bedroom is compact as clearly shown and stated in the listing, however its perfect for families & friends with adequate storage. Further storage is available in the main bedroom or downstairs if required.

Quiet location, quaint cottage
Posted Oct. 3, 2022 on HomeAwayA small quaint cottage that delivered everything we needed for our weekend birdwatching in north Norfolk. Our only issue was with the TV design, and it being up on the wall, meant that you could not plug in an HDMI lead for the laptop as it is facing the wall and inaccessible!

Our holiday at Overton Square

It's location is perfect for visiting all the main locations in North Norfolk. We highly recommend the local pub the Red Hart, great food and in a lovely location. We highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in North Norfolk

Overall stay was lovely. Very nice garden, nice local pub, has everything you need. Appliances very good, super comfy bed and bedding, lovely selection of family games. Place has everything you need. It really is a peaceful and tranquil place to stay, we slept well! It also feels very safe.
Paul is a pleasure to deal with and super responsive.
Overall I would recommend this place if visiting the area.

Cosy cottage
