Patriot - Ground Level Apartment with View in Downtown Homer Reviews

My mom and I are grown and raised Alaskans that now reside in the lower 48. We came back to visit Homer for her 40th High School Reunions and stayed at the Pioneer Inn, along with my husband. It was just like staying at grandmas place, which coincidently was just up the street ;-) It was perfect for our needs. Conveniently located to shops, the spit, and restaurants (Twisted Goat right next door has great pizza!). We like sitting sipping our morning coffee enjoying the mountain views outside our window. Plenty of hot water and clean rooms. Check in and out was super easy and the owners are super friendly with ton of advice on things to see and do! If you're looking for simple, easy, low key, relaxing stay, this is the perfect place. Tammy

My family and I came to Homer for a halibut charter. About 10 minutes from the Homer spit, neighbors were friendly, apartment and yard were nice.
