The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo designed for easy lake living. Wake up in the primary suite and step out to the balcony for fresh air, then head out for a day on the water or at the pool.
Inside, youâll find simple comforts to keep everyone relaxed, including WiFi, smart TVs in both bedrooms, board games, and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. A washer and dryer in the home make longer stays a breeze. Outside, enjoy water views, outdoor seating, and convenient lake access, plus a communal outdoor swimming pool for laid-back afternoons. A dedicated boat slip adds to the fun if youâre planning time on the water.

Important Things to Note
âą Parking: Parking for 1 vehicle is included. Youâll have an assigned spot (#35) in the garage. Additional parking is not guaranteed beyond whatâs described.
âą Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building, managed by building management. While typically available, any maintenance or outages are outside our control. Stairs will be required if the elevator is unavailable.
âą Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are located in the home.
âą Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly; additional cleaning charges may apply if evidence of a pet is found.
âą Communal amenities: The outdoor pool is communal and managed by the building/association; access and availability may vary.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

Getting Around:
Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive, you can visit the Horseshoe Bay Floating Pool, enjoy lakeside scenery at Martin Park, or play a round at Slick Rock Golf Course.
Over all, the condo itself is beautiful and it was in a good location right on the water. The pool was also very nice and relaxing. We ended up not staying for our whole trip due to the constant stomping of the tenants right above us. Iâm not sure if the ceilings are really thin or the tenants were just very loud, but it would start very early in the morning and not end till late at night. Even my husband and kids were woken up by it and they are pretty deep sleepers. There was also a water restriction on the lake so we couldnât get on there and there was a boil water notice for the city. So we couldnât swim in the lake & we couldnât use the water. I tried to cancel before the trip beacuase of this but I would not have gotten a refund. I feel like this should have been an exception for a cancellation with a refund. Like I said, the condo itself is beautiful and it would have been a great trip if it wasnât for these other factors.
