Stay from Hell
Posted Feb. 14, 2023 on HomeAwayFor starters Check in was at 2pm yet owner stated his maids weren’t done and I would need to come back at 3 Although I was already in route to property and 10 minutes away . Negotiated later check out due to me being inconvenienced . When I entered the property it smelled awful and I could tell it wasn’t cleaned by maids . The listing states 2 bedroom 2 bath but only shows 1 bedroom in the pictures. When walking in the second room it was a full/queen bed and twin bed on the floor . With Cheap motel bedding . Apartment needed to reclean to host dinner yet when moving the couches I saw white roach powder small roaches and to top it off roaches in the kitchen . Unable to stay so I had to book another property . Overall completely dissatisfied with poor communication and professionalism, unclean properly with ROACHES , all 6 hours before my scheduled birthday dinner . FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE

First of all this client is so upset because I added an extra charge to their bill for cleaning because, they had mud all over my carpet and threw up on my bed, left rose pedals everywhere in the house. They never complained at first but then wanted to retaliate for the extra charge. I do have powder behind my couch but that is for Ants as a any building could have those. I don’t have a single roach in my Unit and I can vouch for that. This guest will go against all your rules and even threw a party in your unit like they did to mines. These Units that you rent aren’t Hotels, this is actually someone’s house. Do not Vomit, litter and treat someone’s place like crap and then have the audacity to write lies about someone. It is wrong.. Like I tell people our place is not the Ritz Carlton but me and my Wife make sure to have our place clean and spend a lot of money to do so.. It is only the right thing to do..
