There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on this floor. The Seashell bedroom has a queen bed. The Sailboat bedroom has 2 bunkbeds full over full. One of the bathroom is accessible to the entertaining deck. You also find a kitchen, living room, dinning room open floor concept with 6 huge floor to ceiling windows giving you the stunning view of the bay.

Top Floor:

This top floor consists of a bedroom with its own bath, many windows, a private balcony overlooking the water with incredible view of the bay.
