I checked in sort of late on February 16th (on a 2 night stay) so it didn’t bother me much that the tv wasn’t working that night, but I called the front desk the next day for someone to come assist me because I tried everything. I was told a message would be left for maintenance in the morning which is when I check out. Rude and unacceptable.

It’s had roaches everywhere and little small wholes in the corner

I love staying here because it is convenient for me when I need a getaway, but I HATE roaches..they should not be in the bed with my husband and I! I also understand it is a pet friendly hotel, but housekeeping can do a better job cleaning the floors.

Bug bugs bugs

The lady who checked us in was quite short and rude with me. The hotel room was dirty and there were bugs all over the bathroom tub. Horrible experience, we left at 6:30am.
