The retreat had more amenities than we expected. Very nice landscaping and grounds. We stayed in a standard king room in one of the 2-story buildings, which was a clean, basic room for a value price. Bed was comfortable; sheets slightly worn/pilly. Very nice staff. Would stay here again, probably spend the $ for a nicer room.

Very good environment, very clean hotel room. And The employees are the best. I went there when it’s in the winter storm. The employee in the front desk teach me how to get there by phone. Beautiful location, the Peak restaurant was amazing, great food and great customer service. Everyone is very friendly. The rooms where nice and comfortable. The only down side was that the walls where a little thin. Any little sounds would wake my dogs up. But besides that it was a great stay and very dog friendly which was a great plus.

Room was inadequate. Bed small, toilet wasn't working, there was a poke with 3 hanger for clothes, hairdryer didn't work, screen on window was torn halfway off, heater doesn't always work. They give you 3 small bath towels and sink on bathroom has no place to put toiletries. And no handicap park by rooms
Look closely in the corner is the pole to hang clothes. And the bed has a gap that the pillows fall into while you try to sleep
No counter in bather for toiletries. You get two small body towels. No where to put a change of clothes. Toilet wasn't working when we got to the room.

Small bed for 2 adults. Heater needed to be turned on by front desk.

Clean room, staff was great. I wish they had a jacuzzi/hot tub. My only complaint was our shower leaked and I wish there was a box of tissues in the room. Toliet paper was rough. Would stay again though. Close proximity to all the shops, restaurants etc.

Great resort like stay in Idylwild! So many activities on the beautiful grounds! We enjoyed pickleball, tetherball, horseshoes plus the game room. Our cabin was spacious. About 5 minutes from the heart of town. We will definitely stay here again!
