Tudo impecável!

O Matiz Spa Resort foi uma grata surpresa! O hotel que até poucos meses funcionava como spa está todo reformado, os quartos são amplos, acessíveis, muito limpos, roupas de cama de alta qualidade. A estrutura do hotel é excelente: piscinas aquecidas (coberta e ao ar livre), redário, academia completa, várias quadras de esporte incluindo beach tênis, trilhas para caminhadas, serviço de spa com pacotes com preços não abusivos, equipe de recreação para adultos e crianças. Possuem um serviço de tuc tuc que ajuda muito no deslocamento pelo hotel que é enorme. A comida é um destaque a parte: extremamente saborosa e com muita qualidade, com proteínas nobres como salão, filé mignon e picanhas. Não há exagero de opções, mas tem muito capricho no preparo. A equipe toda do hotel é muito gentil, solicita e torna a experiência mais aconchegante. Estive no feriado de Páscoa e foram organizadas 2 festas na piscina com petiscos, drinks e chopp cortesia, além de música ao vivo. Um lugar ideal para passar uns dias de descanso com muito conforto!

Incrível, porém faltam cuidados com os hóspedes

A estadia foi excelente, o lugar é lindo, a alimentação é boa demais, muito saborosa. Os funcionários estão sempre sorrindo, interagindo com os hóspedes. Tivemos um problema elétrico, em que a eletricidade caia por meia hora, voltava e ficava acessa por 10 minutos e retornava o problema. Isso ficou do sábado as 18:00 até a meia noite, não conseguimos fazer nada durante esse tempo, jantamos nessa confusão de luz e sem luz, voltamos ao quarto e não conseguimos assistir tv, usar o ar condicionado, tomar banho. No checkout no domingo, não foi informado o que ocorreu, um pedido de desculpas, um voucher ou algo do tipo, pagamos nossa bebida e saímos. Passando de carro vimos eletricistas na caixa de luz da estadia. Apesar de ser um lugar lindo, não sei se voltaria

Em transição de Spa para Resort

Hotel está em transição de spa para resort. Ambiente super agradável. Não possui muitas atrações para crianças pequenas, como brinquedão ou parques (balanço, escorregador etc). A alimentação é muito gostosa, mas com um pouco menos de opções quando se compara com outros resorts, porém a qualidade da comida também era um pouco superior (filet mingnon, salmão, picanha). Acredito que as opções reduzidas sejam por causa da quantidade reduzida de hóspedes. Poderiam ter mais sobremesa, opções com chocolate e no café da manhã ter um pouco mais de opções de pães e bolos. Em um dia teve croissant que estava muito bom, mas no dia seguinte não teve, uma pena. A piscina aquecida é agradável, não ficou lotada em nenhum momento. No final da tarde achamos um pouco escuro o ambiente. Poderia ser alguns graus mais quente para permitir o uso agradável a noite também.
