Breakfast was just warm and every morning I was having to wipe down the chair / bench before sitting due to food crumbs and mess on them. Location of hotel is excellent. On day of checking in I reported the safe did not work, and it was not sorted and I mentioned this again on checkout. We had two rooms so we used the other room safe, but it’s still not good enough. "

"Although this is a large chain hotel, the condition and comforts as well as the staff made for a great stay. It is in a very walkable location close to everything including the ferry to nearby barrier islands. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. We would stay again."

"Very interesting concept for a hotel to have it inside a shopping complex. We arrived at night while it was raining. The reception staff were not particularly helpful when we asked about food and recommended Uber Eats but most restaurants seem to close at 8pm so we are left with only fast food options. The stay would have been a much better experience if the staff were friendly."
