"Had a great pleasant stay at the resort, staff were all helpful and attentive. Very nice view and the beach was awesome. The hotel manager was very attentive to details and we felt their warmth and enthusiasm to make guests had the best experience. Though there’s a suggestion for improvement: The curtain is not wide enough to block the light from the great sunshine of Okinawa, so we were woken up by the bright sunlight after sunrise. Sometimes we just wanted to sleep in for a bit later, but it’s difficult with this bright daylight. "

Her creations were complex, original, and utterly unforgettable. Halekulani has proven that even a large-scale resort with over 300 rooms can still deliver five-star hospitality with soul.
