Right here, 4km from the characteristic "Borgo Parasio" and Imperia city center, where you will find beautiful and fine sand golden beaches, ideal for families with children, in a brand new residence with large outdoor spaces and a shared play / barbecue area, we offer this fully-equipped apartment where up to 6 people can find hospitality at the same time.

The apartment we are offering consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, private and well-equipped terrace and garden. It's equipped by: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 double sofa bed, television, independent heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and hairdryer.

A play area for children and a garden area equipped with barbecue is available for all guests of the residence. The accommodation is a right choose for those who do not want to miss any comfort!

We offer to all guests a private parking on the property, a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and shared swimming pool. Pets are not allowed.

For those who love bicycles and E-bikes, there is a charging point for cars, bikes and scooters in the private car park of the property that can be used for a small fee.

The long sandy beaches and the Alps, protected-origin-denomination olive oil and Rossese di Dolceacqua, the Sanremo Casino and the “rock villages”, the splendour of the Hanbury Gardens and Sassello mushrooms. So many magnificent contrasts in the Western Riviera, alluring and a little wild. Where the pearls of seaside tourism like Bordighera, Diano, Andora, Pietra, Finale and Loano are the outlets of medieval villages.

A very beautiful land in which to enjoy an evening on the seashore, to climb on the cliffs in the morning or go along the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri. A paradisiac place where everything is mirrored in the blue sea.
