Not a great experience

Was given a room on the main floor but when I opened the door it was already occupied. Ended up on the 3rd floor. So much outside highway noise it was like having a window open. Bed blankets had stains, long black hairs all over the floor. The bathroom door squeaked so loud it wasn’t worth shutting it. The bathroom sink took up the whole counter so no room to put anything. All the lights were on a sensor so they all came on when getting up in the middle of the night.

My first room, the heat didnt work. The worker tried to fix it and was unsuccessful and then moved me to another room. The pricing is low for a reason. The manager was exceptionally nice and did what he could to make me feel comfortable.

It was ok. We stayed 2 nights. We had put the privacy tag on our door when we went out on Sat. We came back to find our curtain opened bc they came to pick in anyway. We didnt appreciate that much bc we were onthe first floor facing the VERY BUSY parking lot. The condition of the building... it's seen better days.

All Star weekend

Room was terrible but the service was great! We changed rooms twice the first room had cigarette burns and hair in the sheets the fridge didn't work and it was a bug on the side of the bed. Gross. The second room was better, cleaner but the toilet didn't work. The manager left the plunger with us because we were exhausted from the drive and didn't wanna move rooms again. The staff was great and accommodating but they need some sponsers or somebody to put some money into this location to make the stay better.
