Traditional yet luxurious Victorian villa apartment in one of the city's best central locations with private off street parking.


Quiet area minutes away from the hustle of the High Street.


Modern interior design blends with traditional Highland character to create our unique & special space. Only a short walk from the beautiful River Ness & a wide range of dining experiences, traditional pubs & great shops means you can explore the capital without the hassle of finding a parking space.


Our Clan Fraser themed interior features a designer kitchen with marble worktops, 4 seat dining area, 4k tv with Netflix, window seat & persian rugs. Underfloor heating throughout overlaid by hardwood floors.


A family bathroom offers a powerful rainfall head shower along with a hand held spray. Shaver sockets & anti mist mirrors as well as a heated towel rail too.


Our apartment within an apartment is our grand master suite with its own little corridor leading to a deep sprung double bed pocket mattress dressed with 800 thread count Egyptian cotton. We also have a bedside bluetooth speaker & USB charging in both our Grand Master Suite and the twin bedroom too.


Our trademark solid copper double tub is complemented by a spacious en suite shower room with a double width shower space offering the choice of a spa jet shower or rainfall head.


Full length mirrors, heated towel rails, luxury linen, bathrobes, slippers & white fluffy towels are all part of what we offer. With a compact desk we offer plug in ethernet connections for a faster and more reliable laptop connection.


From each bedroom you can open onto your own private patio with high level privacy fencing and your very own entrance to our private car park.


You have a private space out back for parking one vehicle plus a visitors space when available or even on street parking nearby.

Beautiful and Immaculate

This property was Immaculate! The kitchen had everything you could need. The decor had all the little touches you would find in someone’s personal home. Amazing amenities. The location was on a very pretty street and close to everything! The host was so friendly and helpful. If I were to come back to Inverness, this is where I would stay and it’s where I will send friends! Pristine and Beautiful.

Beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable

Location in Inverness was perfect- close to city centre. Everything in walking distance. Flat was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Great instructions provided by the host for all of the little extras and things that may be different from home. My only complaint is that due to our packed schedule, we didn’t get to spend nearly enough time in the actual unit. Would highly recommend!

Visit to Inverness

Fabulous property. Situated more as a 5 star hotel experience. Would be challenging for a long term stay as there are no closets or wardrobe so you would be living out if your suitcase. The cabinets are also situated for taller persons. At 5 ft 1...it was difficult to reach the cabinets and microwave. Overall though, amazing property which is very nicely appointed. Highly recommend!

Amazing place

The property was so comfortably stylish and incredibly well appointed. Garry provided thorough and detailed information before we arrived, and we needed for nothing. There was parking onsite (which is needed in that neighborhood) and the tub was quite pleasant. The grocery was a short stroll away, and most of the restaurants were walking distance. We recommend wholeheartedly.
