I like choosimg smaller places like this one over larger and corporate hotels because you get a different experience vs big places. Redcliffe did not disappoint.
They were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The lady who checked me in was great, and two of the men jokingly pushed each other out of the way so they could be the one to carry my bags up the stairs. I loved my little single room; it was perfect for a solo traveler. It was clean, well-kept, and the bed was comfortable. I plan to stay here again when I come back to Inverness in a few months. Also, their breakfast sounded like a great value; I will have to try it next time.
Had a great stay, the room was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfortable, a fantastic selection of tea, coffee and chocolate in the room and the staff were very polite and welcoming, the location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of everything in the city centre but it's quiet so it's easy to relax, highly recommend this hotel and I would be more than happy to stay again

The property was fine. Old building, mediocre rooms. Price was right, though, so no major complaints.
Room was tiny. It would be snug for 1 but was uncomfortable for 2. Carpet needed replaced. Nice view of the castle. Staff tried but are perhaps not suited to the hospitality biz. It looked like there were some lovely rooms at this property so maybe don’t go cheap and you’ll be fine. Good location.
Very nice property. Staff was excellent. Breakfast very good. Location was very good. Walking distance to everything we needed including train station.
Very clean and tidy. Paid extra to have the breakfast and that was enjoyable. Close to everything in downtown Inverness.

This is not a regular hotel. The room was across from where you check in. It is townhome. Room #4 is very small and the shower is very slick, so be careful.
Nice hotel, but not quite what we expected. People were all very nice and location is great, but we ended up in the second floor of the townhouse - a secondary building owned by the hotel. It's an older house that was converted to guest rooms. Ours was pretty small and faced the street - so a bit noisier than usual. Just be aware of where you will be staying when booking.
Nice Inn located in the heart of Inverness. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Would recommend ! Location is so convenient and near good Restaurants. Breakfast here is tasty and well appointed.
The rooms was clean and comfy with bottled water and coffee/tea/kettle, the staff were friendly and prompt and the food was AMAZING. Would definitely return
My husband and I recently stayed here on our honeymoon, and we loved how quiet it was, while still being super close to more of the city action of Inverness! The room itself was spacious, and the owner was super friendly and helpful! We were able to enjoy our time in our room, but then walk to busier areas for dinner and a bar later on. The wifi was great, and the breakfast options the next morning were awesome too! We'd definitely recommend the Redcliffe if you're in Inverness!
