We stayed in the garden room and was very pleased, Lovely decor and overall great. Room service was very quick and tasty food. We will be returning again.

The hotel was lovely, although a little dated in the rooms. Staff were excellent and check in and check out process was very easy. Disappointed in the spa as they had a boiler issue making it near on impossible to use the pool, jacuzzi and even the sauna was cold. There was also an awful sewage smell in the ladies changing area. We booked the hotel solely because of the spa facilities so not being able to use them did ruin the stay. Had I of known prior to arriving I would have looked into changing hotels.

Bath mat was rolled up in bath showing mould all over the bottom so I chucked it out the bath. Cream coloured hair and footstool were really badly stained. So much so I couldn’t sit on them. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and have never had a problem like this before.
