I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It is not what you expect based on the details and descriptions provided. The room had a kitchen, but no utensils at all, making it completely useless. There was also no hair dryer in the room. I went to the front desk to borrow one and was told none were available. I stayed for four nights, and no housekeeping ever came to clean the room or refresh towels. On top of that, the hotel is extremely noisy. The hallway has wood floors, and you can clearly hear people walking, talking, and passing by, making it very hard to rest. This place is not worth the money. Instead of relaxing, the stay was stressful. I strongly suggest going somewhere else where you at least get basic amenities and free breakfast, rather than wasting your money here.

Overall the hotel is nice. The beds are the cheap metal frames, they provided the small flat pillows, and the linens smelled. Not the best experience if comfort and rest is the objective.

Entire place was well maintained. Room was clean and nice. Parking felt very safe and well lit. Shower floor was quite good w/o any slipping. I do wish there were guard rails in shower for us old people. Will stay again! Boathousejoe

This was the noisiest hotel I have ever been in. Other guests were slamming doors, yelling at each other, and having loud arguments all through the night. It does not seem like there is any quiet hours that guests need to respect. The WiFi setup is a joke because unless you pay another $10 you can only connect 1 device and all you can do with it is check your email and browse the internet. There’s no pots or pans or anything to use for cooking and this hotel is a suite with a small kitchen in each room. No way to make coffee and no breakfast for guests. The bed was really uncomfortable as well. Please spend just a little bit more money to not stay in this hotel. It is so worth it.
