The exteriors of Villa Erika are a true paradise: a large veranda and a well-kept garden with trees and flowers surround the villa. The private swimming pool and the solarium are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun, while the outdoor kitchen with a barbecue allows you to prepare delicious meals outdoors. An outdoor bathroom with a shower is available to guests.
The interiors of Villa Erika are characterized by welcoming and well-furnished rooms. The large and bright living room, with French windows overlooking the garden and the pool, offers a lounge with a TV. The kitchen is equipped with all modern comforts, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
Villa Erika has four bedrooms, perfect for accommodating families and groups of friends. Two double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. Upstairs, two further double bedrooms with air conditioning share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Villa Erika has four bathrooms: three internal and one external serving the pool area. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower. A laundry room is also available.
Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (36 kWh per day). In case of exceeding consumption, an extra amount of 1.10 cents per kWh will be required.
