An excellent location that is very close to airport bus and ferries, great food and it is still quiet and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. So glad we chose to stay here.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly; the breakfast was boring- no change the whole week, same food & no variety. The bathroom in the room I was in was so small, and the wifi wasn't satisfactory; other than that, it was ok. The location is the best thing about this place... airport buses are only a street away, as are the local buses, the metro station, and ferries to go to the European side. Whatever shops and restaurants you think of are all available in the surrounding area.

The room was old, and didn't seem to have been renovated in 30 years. No lights on the bedside table. Overpriced. Musty. Gross breakfast. The staff was friendly enough, though.

Good small boutique hotel

We stayed in Bella for 4 days, the place is very convenient next to the ferry dock and the bus stop and the kadikoy fish- produce market. Cleanliness is superb, look like the hotel have a recent renovation. Staff are very nice and helpful. Most of the guess are friendly Turkish people. Breakfast is simple but good to have if you don't have time for the real Turkish breakfast outside. Overall, we're very happy with our stay and will book again if we're back to Istanbul. Highly recommended.

The only redeeming feature of this hotel was its location, being close to the ferry terminal and the neighbourhood of Kadikoy. Without this, undoubtedly 1 star overall. The room was quite basic and dated. The Wifi was terrible and disconnected constantly. The breakfast was an absolute joke, with essentially just a few plates of cheese and vegetables. And to top it off, the on-site 'hammam' wasn't available for our stay. The main regret of my visit to Istanbul was staying at this hotel!

Comfortable stay and incredible location

I've had a comfortable stay in general. The location is very good. Plenty of public transportation options at short walking distance. There were a lot of restaurants/shops/bars in few minutes walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The room was slightly smaller than what I expected seeing pictures but it was fine. I had issue with TV, but maintenance fixed it soon after I reported it. Only issue I had were the pillows were too thick for my preference, I asked for a different one but I was told it was one-size for all.
