The hotel was nice enough with a good breakfast next door at an extra price but the ceiling leaked badly and my clothes got wet and I couldn’t sleep because of dripping. There was an apology but no discount offered so that was disappointing.

Bohem otel Riva.

Sosyal medyada gördüm. Çengelköy de oturduğum için mesafe olarak da yakın sayılır. Oğlum ile beraber 2 gün konakladık. Odalar temiz. Yataklar özellikle çok rahat ve kaliteli. Havuz gören bir odada, çalan müziği gerektiği anda camı kapatarak neredeyse sıfıra getirecek bir izolasyon. Kapıdan girdiğinizde güler yüz, bir ihtiyaç durumunda hızlı oda servisi, samimi ve işini bilen insanlar yönetiyor çok belli. Fırsat bulursam kısa bir süre sonra yeniden gidebilirim. Teşekkürler. 👍

Misleading Property Listing - The Expedia listing claimed the property offered three outdoor pools and a children's pool, but there were only two outdoor pools and a children's pool. - The listing also advertised EV charging, but the property did **not** have any EV charging facilities at all, which was misleading. Breakfast Hours Inconsistency - Breakfast hours were unreliable. At check-in, a sign stated breakfast started at 8:00 am, which was later changed to 8:30 am. Despite this, we still had to wait until 9:00 am for breakfast to be served. Room Experience - We reserved a "Deluxe Quadruple Room," which had only a glass door for entry and no windows. The only way to get fresh air was by leaving the door open, as there were no openable windows. - After requesting a room change, we were moved to a room in the main building facing the street, but the price difference was not refunded. Parking Limitations - Parking is very limited. During high season, finding a parking spot near the property can be extremely difficult. Overall Impression - Based on these experiences, we would not choose to stay at this property again.
