A great location next to the Metro station in Maltepe. Very modern hotel but not very Turkish in design or interiors. Great views of sea if staying in a high level room. Staff very helpful and cheerful. We would stay here again when visiting Turkey.

My stay at Burgu Arjaan by Rotana in Istanbul was wonderful! The hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, ensuring a relaxing stay throughout. The staff was incredibly hospitable and always ready to assist with any needs. Despite being located in Istanbul Asia, transportation to visit the mosques in the European side was easy and safe, adding to the overall convenience of the location. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Many people walking in bandages from surgery. Patients with bleeding bandages on diffrent parts of the body. The lobby had a funny smell. I think patients should enter in a separate entrance from guests who are there for vacation. I wish I knew this was a hospital hotel.

The hotel was very clean and very nice. The pool area was fun for my daughter and me. It is conveniently off the metro stop so easy for us to get to. They offer a lot of services on site as well as things like bike rentals to explore the city. It’s far from the touristy areas, but if you want a less touristy more real feel of the city, this is a great spot.

Stay at the Hilton instead!

Hotel was not busy but staff couldn’t cope during breakfast. No cutlery, no tea or coffee, staff in suits too busy talking to each other rather than serve guests. This happened every day. Was supposed to have a family room but they put us in a standard room. Check in was poor, rude manners from staff at check in, did not even offer to take luggage to room or advise on amenities. Staff seemed more interested in talking to each other rather than helping. No staff member smiles, or talks to you nicely, it must be a rule. Room was tiny and not cleaned, had to keep asking for towels and water. You have to wait an age for lifts. A’La Carte menu poor quality and over priced, much better food in local restaurants nearby or food courts at the mall which are at a third of the price. Indoor pool freezing cold and kids club is just a tiny box room with no toys or activities. Perfect for if you want to punish your kids whilst on holiday.

Le staff est top, sans que je vous parle du calme ainsi que le confort, une seule chose qui m'a dérangé la chambre est fermée comme un ascensseur pas de fenêtre, j'étais obligé d'activer la clim, chose qui n'est pas convenable vu que j'avais un bébé. Metronun çok yakın olması avantaj, personeller güler yüzlü ve her seyle yardımcı oluyor. Odalar çok temiz ve yataklar rahat. Havuzda bone takma zorunluluğunu pek mantıklı bulmadım. Ayrıca, basit bir bone fiyatının 300 TL gibi yüksek bir rakam olması gereksiz pahalı.
