Grand Armada otelde iki defa konakladım, iki konaklamamda da son derece memnun kaldım. Otel lokasyonu çok güzel bir konumda olup, Şükrübey metrobüs durağının tam önünde bulunmaktadır. Odadaki eşyalar vs. yeniydi. Oda içi temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Özellikle oda içi hijyene gösterilen özen dikkat çekiciydi; yataklar, örtüler ve banyo tertemizdi. Klima odayı çok güzel ısıtıyordu. Bazı otellerde klimalar etkisiz çalışıyor ya da tamamen kullanıma kapatılıyor ama burada gayet iyi ve temiz çalışıyordu. Otel çalışanları ilgililerdi hızlıca yardımcı oldular. Genel olarak hem temizlik hem odadaki her şeyin kalitesi hem de personelin ilgisi açısından beklentilerimin üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadım. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Bu fiyatlarda böyle güzel bir kalitede hizmet verilmesi son derece takdire şayan. Bu kalitenizi korumanızı ümit ediyorum. Tekrar yolum düşerse kesinlikle yine Grand Armada Oteli tercih edeceğim.
