I recently stayed here and had a generally positive experience. The standout feature was definitely the exceptional customer service – the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. They truly made the stay enjoyable. However, there were a few things to note. The room size was a bit cramped for 3 people, so if you're planning to stay with multiple guests, you might want to consider whether that might be an issue. Additionally, while the hotel is quite comfortable, it doesn’t offer breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient for us. Overall, the experience was good. If you're looking for excellent service and a reasonably priced stay in a central location, Istanroom by EKO Hotel is a solid choice!

Very nice hotel. Located near several restaurants and shops. The gentleman at the front desk was the epitome of what a good hotel employee should be. He was very kind and efficient and quick. Upon check out he even arranged a ride for me from his local app. Thank you. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a generally positive experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly. The hotel itself was very clean, with well-maintained common areas and rooms that felt fresh and comfortable. However, my stay was slightly marred by the noise from the street-facing rooms. While the hotel is in a convenient location, the street noise was quite loud, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a room on the quieter side of the hotel.

Wonderful location and service

Our stay was too short - we should have booked at least 1 probably 2 more nights in Istanbul. Great location and very good service. We would go back again with no reservations at all.
