Great location only 5 mins walk away from main tourist attractions e.g Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia,etc but yet set away from hustle and bustle . Lovely staff always happy and helpful, nothing was ever too much . Lovely room with sea views . Would definitely recommend this hotel

Immaculate property, extremely clean rooms and hotel, staff were too notch and incredibly! Every single staff we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed or wanted. Cleaning staff were prestine. Breakfast buffet was huge! There were like 40 different options, fresh orange juice and lemonade daily, coffee machines with options for expresso, hot chocolate, and cappucino in addition to coffee. Next trip back to Istanbul, this is the only place I would ever stay at. The staff is what makes this place incredible, the owner of this hotel is very lucky to have such dedicated, hard working, and passionate staff to ensure patrons stays are fantastic.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in the lovely hotel. The pool was fab, room more than adequate and the location was excellent. Great breakfast! A couple of staff were a bit pushy, and there was confusion about whether food could be put on a tab or not, resulting in unnecessary discussions and delays in ordering. Stay clear of the wine in the bar. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

It’s like a luxury hotel in a perfect location among a lot of smaller hotels. Its location is perfect for going to historic sites, but there are tons of other hotels in the area too. What’s great about it is the quality of its rooms, the pool, the atmosphere, and the wonderful staff who speak perfect English. The rooms are spacious and clean. They are well decorated. There is a free breakfast buffet with pastry and good bread, fruits, eggs, omelette, and my favorite, a large honey comb. Their lunch and dinner menu is also quite good. They have a terrace that looks over the Bosporus. We were a family of 4 with two teenagers who met other family members (singles and couples and elderly) and everyone loved the hotel. For comparison purposes, we usually stay at Hilton and Marriott hotels. They booked private guided city tours for us, which was really great. We ended up splitting the tour into 2 days. This stay was really special.

Mediterranean getaway

The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to assist us on how to get to the major attractions to not only fitting us in right before the complimentary breakfast ended but prepared us with a lunch bag to take with us the next morning at 3:30 am. We will go back just because how the entire staff treated us and everyone around us. Their restaurant at the hotel was amazing and they have a rooftop area that overlooks the sea. All of the major attractions are in walking distance.

Located near the magnificent Hagia Sophia, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms, located on the outside, are spacious and tastefully decorated, offering pleasant views. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had as a tourist in decades. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff are unmatched and the rooms were uniquely decorated, clean, and more spacious than I'd expected in a large city. Not to mention the pool was a beautiful oasis in the middle of a bustling city. 10 out of 10 on all fronts. I can only hope to be back one day!
