Room was not spotless, however clean. The hospitality Staff had bags of cleaning supplies and laundry in the hallways. took away from ambience of the hotel. Overall the hotel was not finished looking, seems to have multiple projects incomplete, and dated in multiple places, The Staff are however superior at responding to needs and issues.

The hotel is perfectly located. We could walk to many attractions and restaurants. Everyone on the staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We communicated with Erhan via email and set up a few events ahead of time. He was always responsive and made great suggestions. Another staff member, Omer, couldn’t have been more accommodating. He was always there with a smile and an offer to help. We had a wonderful stay.

Seven Hills Palace was one of the best experiences I’ve had traveling. I travel a lot. Sedat, who I always wanted to call Michael, but I knew that was wrong 😂, helped me so much with arrangements. Erhan is an awesome gal, and I’m mad at myself for not remembering other names. You might see Groucho Marx working the desk, too. I plan to go back again and take friends/family. Istanbul is so cool!

Everything was perfect. The staff was exceptional, breakfast was so good, the room was very clean and very comfortable. You can have late checkout at 1. 30pm for free and at 6pm for just 100 euros.

Beautiful luxurious rooms and surroundings, very clean, great breakfast, hardworking and hospitable staff. We would like to particularly mention Ali at the front desk, Tugba and Selvi at the restaurant, and Yusuf at the guest services. They all have great smile, and always ready to help.
