Budget Friendly!!

Supplies were limited like tea bags, coffee and mugs were not changed even though we stayed for 3 days. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. If your budget is low, then this is a great option, Overall: Average hotel

We stayed there for 6 nights, the room was clean but they didn't come not even once to clean the room or take the trash during the 6 nights, the sofa bed was so rough and uncomfortable, we asked for a mattress and they said they will bring it the next day but they didn't, they didn't refill tissues for the toilet, however the room was good and the location was good as well near taksim square and the staff were friendly

A Good Hotel, But a Major Issue in the Heat We stayed at this hotel and were generally happy with most things – the staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the location was convenient. However, one very important issue ruined our stay: the air conditioning did not work properly. In a hot climate, working air conditioning is not a luxury – it's a necessity. Although a technician came to check it, the issue wasn't solved. He said it was blowing air, but the real problem wasn't about air circulation – it was about cooling. The room simply didn’t cool down. As a result, we spent the whole night unable to sleep due to the heat, which really affected our comfort and overall experience. If the air conditioning had worked properly, we would have been very satisfied. But without proper cooling, we unfortunately cannot recommend the hotel during the warmer months.
