O hotel parece ser um dos melhores da rua. Muito próximo ao parque. Porém é muito ruim. Limpeza pessima em todos os ambientes do hotel, principalmente no quarto. Banheiros com aspecto de sujos. Loucas do café da manhã sempre com resquícios de louca mal lavada. Ficava até com receio da comida. Café da manhã bastante simples. Somente o necessário mesmo. Equipe do hotel totalmente despreparada se pensarmos em uma cidade turística.

No geral o hotel oferece uma estrutura ótima, quarto limpo banheiro grande, chuveiro bom, apenas os travesseiros achamos rígidos demais! O café é ótimo, buffet com o necessário para uma farta refeição. Bem localizado Único ponto que ressaltamos foi quanto a regra de silêncio após as 22h, houve um abuso quanto a conversas demasiadamente altas no corredor após o horário

Férias excelentes

Ótima estadia, primeira vez que tivemos nossas férias na cidade e fomos muito bem atendidos. Hotel com boa estrutura e excelente atendimento. Caso alguém tenha restrição com escadas, sugiro solicitar quarto no térreo, pois não tem elevador. Café da manhã sortido, tem um pudim de leite que é dos sonhos. Ficamos com gostinho de quero mais, com certeza será nossa opção número 1 quando planejarmos retomar para a região. Próximo ao Beto Carrero, dá para ir e voltar tranquilamente, local seguro. Parabéns para a equipe do hotel, pela dedicação e qualidade do atendimento.

Estrutura boa, muito perto do parque, fomos andando e com fácil acesso. Café da manhã bom. O destaque vai para a recepção em especial a Mari e o Edson que nos deram todo suporte e atenção. O hotel fica muito melhor com o atendimento dos dois que fazem de tudo para atender os hospedes. Com certe voltaremos.

Amei! Tudo muito perto!!!

Amei o local, e certamente se tornou meu hotel para Beto Carrero. Tudo pertinho: Varias opcoes de restaurantes e lanches, mercearia, farmacia, fica na rua principal a poucos minutos de caminhada ao Beto Carrero. Atendimento Excelente! Pessoal bem prestativo, mesmo com equipe pequena a noite, ajudam em tudo. Senti falta do elevador caso fique no 3o andar, mas a pessoa da recepção se prontificou em subir com as malas. Café da manhã completinho, com frutas, pães, bolos, ovo mexido... nada a reclamar. Pra quem ainda quer descansar ao fim do dia... tem piscina pra curtir depois do parque. Não espere luxo, mas um hotel que cumpre muito bem com o clima de Beto Carrero.
