Spend your days lounging by Paradise Village's resort style pool, swimming at the waterpark, or challenging each other to ping pong and spike ball tournaments! The dishwasher had a lot of hard water residue. I pulled the filter out of the bottom and it had a thick film of slime and black residue. The vacuum left in the garage was unusable. It was very dirty and the rollers were full of carpet, hair and wouldn't turn. The firepit upstairs wasn't straightforward. We tried to light it and had no success. Staying over the Christmas holiday made it harder to get maintenance support. The internet is pretty bad in the area. You should know that if you're planning to try and work at all. Streaming was frustrating.

Great place

The place was great. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and the balcony. The living room and kitchen were nice anf big. The only problem we had was one of the bunk beds was full of sand when we arrived. We cleaned it up the next day and everything else was great.

Clean Spacious Home in Great Community

This home lived up to its excellent rating! It was clean -from the fridge to the showers to the towels. The home is quite spacious and had everything we needed. The beds and couches were super soft and comfortable. The water park area is just a half-block away. It was a bit cold while we were there, but the lazy river was heated. The house's private hot tub was clean and a huge bonus given the weather. The management company was quick to respond to questions and made check-in/out simple. It was only a 10 minute drive to Tuacahn and even closer to Snow Canyon. We loved our stay and can't wait to visit again!

Highly Recommended

Great spot for a quick trip. We spent a long weekend here and this place had plenty of space for our family of 7 and two extra adults. The kitchen and gathering area were awesome and the bedrooms were all good size, and each had their own bathroom. Close to the main pool area and pickelball courts and if you have younger kids this was also in one of few culdesacs in the area which is nice. Hottub was great for a few of us at a time and we also used the cruiser bikes that were in the garage. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property with excellent amenities

We were so impressed with this property. We had plenty of room for 2 families, the kitchen is very well supplied, the house was very clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. Our kids loved playing ping pong and getting in the hot tub. The resort pools and hot tubs tend to get overrun over the holiday weekend, so having a private hot tub was such a great bonus. We loved being so close to the water park! Management was also super easy to work with and allowed us to extend our stay as our circumstances changed. Would definitely stay here again or at another Red Sands property.

Dec 2024 stay

The house was spacious and was great for our big family, but the house was dirty and things were not kept up very well. One of the bed’s center brace support was broken in half. The next morning, the maintenance person, Max came out right away and fixed the brace. He was great! So was the coordinator! The floors were very dirty. As both kids walked/crawled around on the tile floor for a couple hours, even on the first night, their feet got black and dirty. Made me wonder when was the last time it got mopped. There was also a gooey white food substance on the dining room rug that had been left there , looked like yogurt? It was also all over one of the dining room chairs when we got there and so I cleaned it off. But the spot on the rug needed more work that I didn’t want to take the time to do. The window over the kitchen sink and the sliding doors were very dirty. And when we would start the dishwasher, the smell from the sink was awful. Another problem was that under three of the bathroom sinks, there were folded towels that had been washed, but they were very damp, almost wet. We let the coordinator know, and they brought extra towels which was very nice! We also had problems with the Internet when we arrived. Max, the maintenance guy, came out the first morning and helped us. He told us that we were given the wrong password in the arrival email. He was very helpful! Great house but needs better cleaning and keep up.

Stay was great!

The location of this condo is great! We come for Spring Break every year and this location is just outside of downtown St. George, so you are far away enough from the busy crowds, but close enough for great food and stores. The swimming pool is definitely the best one we experienced. The best part of the condo was that there was a bathroom attached to every bedroom! We felt spoiled in that regard.

Great family holiday getaway

We took all our kids and grandkids for the week after Christmas. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is wonderful! We used the hot tub a lot because it was a bit cold at night. Great location. Big kitchen with all we needed! I would love to stay here again.

Perfect stay in Santa Clara

Great stay, no complaints, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had a group of 12 and appreciated that the house came with a high chair, pack n play and everything we needed to cook dinner for 12 for 4 nights. We look forward to coming again sometime!

Such a special place

This house was so spacious and well appointed ! It is set up so nicely for families or groups. It was a quick walk to the pool and the upstairs deck is really relaxing. Plus the treats they left were Gluten free and amazing ! Our son was so excited that there was something he could actually enjoy for a change ! Wonderful stay !

Last minute Family get together

We stayed at this property in June, during the heat wave. The air conditioning never went out on us, the pools were a bit crowded, but fun. My teenage kids had a great time playing pickleball at the community courts. We had ample space to sit and eat together as a group, using both the inside table and the patio table. The floorplan was great for putting adults down one wing of the house and kids down the other wing. It was so hot outside we spent a lot of time inside playing games and watching movies and we never seemed to be on top of each other. It was great that every bedroom had it's own bath.

True to Form!

This house is a great gathering place! It really does has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms-that is a plus! Washer and dryer were great! It has an ironing board and iron as well. We had 15 people-8 adults and the 7 children are ages 2-12 years of age The pools were a hit in the 100 plus degree weather! The house was perfect for game playing and just hanging out and visiting! We loved it. For all the meals, we used our own paper goods, cups, plastic ware. If you do this, you will need to bring more garbage bags and paper towels. Also, depending on how many people are in your party, you may want to bring more toilet paper as well. There is only one refrigerator which was a challenge as we all brought food for various meals. It would be so nice if there was an extra refrigerator in the garage. The WiFi was OK . It would be working with a weak signal then just go out. We had to call 2 times and have it reset which was done in a timely manner. I also brought my own sandwich baggies and storage bags for leftovers. The owner does supply the press and seal wrap. All and all-if you are looking for a place to gather, swim, play games, read a book, visit, eat, enjoy, and make memories that will last forever- then stay here!

Excellent place for groups

This place was even better than I expected. It's well located between the two pool areas, both of which were well cared for and offered nice amenities and a family-friendly atmosphere. (But they were quite busy at times with other families. We were fine with that, but it might be too much for adult-only parties.) The house was clean and comfortable, with nice bedding, towels and amenities. The welcome basket of treats was a nice touch. The house comfortably fit our party of 13. We appreciated the provided pool toys and bikes. The internet wasn't working on arrival but we easily got ahold of the property managers who immediately sorted the issue, even on a Sunday. Check in and out was easy with a provided keycode. We'll be back!

Great place

We had an amazing time. Property is clean. All of the bedrooms have a bathroom and tv. Fun pool area. Close to Snow Canyon for some hiking. Close to Zions and Sand Hollow. Went with friends and all of the kids had a blast sleeping in the bunk bed room.
