Experience the "Lake Life" like never before at this BEAUTIFUL 6 bedroom, 5 bath vacation home located directly on Norris Lake in Jacksboro. This authentic Blue Ridge Log Cabin boasts a pristine rustic interior with enough space to accommodate all your family & friends.


---THE PROPERTY---
You'll fall in love with this home & it's private setting on Norris Lake. Parking is easy & convenient with plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Vaulted ceilings, exposed timber beams & floor-to-ceiling windows provide an inviting and open atmosphere for you to enjoy your stay! Launch your boat or jet skis at a public boat launch which is about 1/4 mile away. If you need to rent a boat, you can do this at the Mountain Lake Marina (a full-service marina with boat rentals, restaurant/grille, ice cream shop) which is less than 1/2 mile away! Don't feel like boating...enjoy the easy walk to the lake (very gradual and manageable for elderly or young children with NO steps!) to enjoy some sun on the private dock or to go for a swim!

Enjoy the fastest internet on the lake! We have high speed fiber optic to our cabin & wifi at our dock.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for the whole group including modern appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, baking cookware, Keurig Coffee maker, silverware & more!

The Main Floor Includes:
- 2 Bedrooms with queen beds in each room, walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings & private full baths!
-Kitchen has a sit-at island, a 10-person dining table a high-top table that totals seating for 18 people!
-Well decorated living room has plenty of furniture, a gas fireplace, along with an amazing view of Norris Lake!

Upstairs:
-1 oversized bedroom with full bath (tub/shower), closet & child crib (video monitors, baby monitors, pack & play, and baby accessories are provided.

Lower Level:
-2 large bedrooms with queen beds (1 has an additional bunk bed), full bathrooms (tub/shower), walk-in closets
-1 bunk bedroom that has 3 bunk beds and a craft table for the kids.
-Living area with flat screen tv, oversized sectional, ping pong table/paddles, pub table/chairs, wet bar, mini fridge, Play Station & Wii games, bean bag chair, board games

Step outside:
-Covered upper-level deck with outdoor dining table seating 10 people. Gas grill, patio furniture and lake views!
-Lower-level concrete patio features hanging porch swing. Cornhole boards/bags.
-EASY WALK TO THE LAKE to an exterior deck just before the lake with sitting area. Private dock with lake ladder, 3- free kayaks to use along with a canoe!

General:
-Linens & towels provided (may be a good idea to bring along a few more in case you need extra). Assortment of life jackets, water toys, noodles etc. Basic soaps provided. Washer/Dryer provided with drying/folding counter.

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it very much. We especially enjoyed the beautiful dock and all the things to play in the water-kayaks, Lilly pad, life jackets, etc. The house is well stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful family weekend together.

Annual family lake trip

We have stayed here 2 years now and are coming back next year for a 3rd. We love the beauty of the house and dock and the access to the water. It's the perfect place for a lake vacation. And we would know....this was our 35th annual trip!

Very spacious water front cabin. We were a party of 17...8 adults and 9 kids and it was perfect. The place was extremely clean and well furnished. We had a wonderful time...the kids had a blast at the lakefront enjoying the kayaks, canoe and lily pad amenities that were available for guest use. We also rented a pontoon boat for one day that was available from a nearby marina...I'm 74 years old and had no problem kayaking across the lake (15 minutes) to pick up the rental pontoon. We are hoping to go back again next year. It was a 5-star experience.

Great place for a large family get away.

The home was perfect for our family. Every bedroom except the bunk room have there own bathroom. I brought our 78 year old mother my family and my two sisters family which consisted of 17 of us, from ages 11 to 78. We rented a pontoon on the 4th of july week we had these plans made a year ago and will totally do it again. We had the best time. The lilly pad was a hit with all. The fire pit was used to make smores twice. The grill was used 2 times. I personally got there and never left until it was time to go. The kitchen was stocked well. The grounds keeper was very kind. He took my son to pick up the boat and picked him up after he dropped it off. He also gave us some fresh eggs. So nice.

Beautiful home, and super responsive friendly host.

Beautiful home on Norris Lake shoreline. Dock and amenities were enjoyed by all. Morning coffee and happy hours were very connective and healing. Mitch was the best host. Answering all my questions leading up to our stay.

Beautiful Log Cabin

We stayed in this beautiful cabin for 3 nights during thanksgiving. Very clean, cozy and the kitchen was well equipped. Mitch responded promptly and was very accommodating. Everything was amazing. We will definitely book this property again.

Beautiful home and amazing boat dock.

What a great home. The boat dock was very good. Large and safe for any boat. Nice walkway to the water as well. Well equiped for all ages. Even when raining we had fun! The only issue is towing a boat with a tall tower on the small roads. Thats why one less star for location. Go straight to launch ramp about 1/4 mile north of property. We parked and locked our trailer at the ramp and drove back to the house. No way a trailer will make it to the home.

This house and property was amazing! We had 18 girls for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect house and perfect location. The dock was great! Plenty of parking for all. And plenty of space for everyone! Will for sure be coming back!

Our family has stayed here 2 years in a row and we will definitely be back again! Mitch is quick to respond to any questions you may have and very accommodating. The Cabin is absolutely gorgeous and has plenty of space for a large family to gather inside or outside. We love to cook meals together and the kitchen and dining is perfect!! Well stocked with pans and utensils! The walk to the lake is a beautifully paved trail to an extremely nice dock with plenty of room to dock a couple of boats and for swimming. We truly enjoyed our stay the 1st 2 years and hope to be back!

Amazing lakefront home!

This property was perfect for our group! We loved the dock, kayaks, pingpong, covered deck and fire pit! The host’s communication was outstanding. Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend!

Wonderful week at the lake!

What a beautiful place to spend some time relaxing. With a boat marina across the way, it was super easier to rent a boat and tubes for extra fun during the week. The host was kind enough to provide kayaks and usage of personal water gear and toys for the entire crew. It’s an amazing house with an amazing view. Thank you for the terrific hospitality.

Fantastic family lake house

We had an amazing stay, house was big and had great spaces for family to convene, great Wifi. Host was great, and there was a local caretaker Hogan, he really helped make our stay special, saving us an hour drive to/from marina to get boat rental and picked us up on his pontoon (just 2 minute ride by boat). He also toured us on a local farm w sheep/lambs, chicken, and sweet farm dogs. Path to the dock and dock were awesome! The house had it all, fire pit, canoe, 2x kayaks, life jackets, wii w Mario kart, croc pots, coffee maker & kuerig, 3 burner Weber grill, spices, Ping pong, darts, bags/corn hole, etc. good swimming and fishing right off the dock! Thanks for everything Mitch and family and Hogan! Our family will definitely be coming back!
