Norris lakefront home (full renovation completed on May 2021, 4th bedroom added in May 2022, and concrete path to lake added in 2024) located across from newly renovated Mountain Lake Marina. Public boat launch located 1 mile away. Covered deck overlooking the lake. Private dock with swim platform, covered slip and hydrohoist boat lift setup for bowrider style boats and a capacity of 6,000 pounds. Rental comes with 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for guests to enjoy. Bedroom setups; BR1-Queen, BR2-King, BR3-King with twin sleeper sofa, BR4-Twin over full and twin over twin.

fun family vacation

5 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of space. We took the kayaks to the "cliff" and the kids loved jumping off the rocks. This unit is well stocked and clean. The dock is a plus. Be sure to load up on groceries for a relaxing trip; it takes about 25 minutes to get to the town. highly recommend this rental.

Fishing Trip on Norris Lake

Really a great trip and the house was a perfect fit for this trip! Excellent boat dock with a covered slip and room for a second boat with trailer storage in front. The hosts were super responsive with great information about local stores . The boat ramp was only a mile or so away. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Norris.

Family Vacation

Perfect week at a perfect lake house. Check in was easy and communication with the owners was great. The home was clean and just as pictured and described. Perfect location on the lake near 2 marinas. We swam and fished from the dock and had dinners and card games on the back porch. We also rented a pontoon for a few days. It was the most amazing week!

Dock and lift were great! Paddle boards were a great bonus!! There were no steps to the house, only a concrete walkway!! House was clean and everyone enjoyed their stay! Jason was a great host and we will be back!

Amazing Rental

This home has everything you need for a relaxing time on the lake. The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked with cookware, and the beds were comfortable. The back porch has two grills and a large dining table where we ate most, if not all, of our meals. We utilized the paddle boards and lily pad down at the dock daily. Communication with the owners was timely and informative- they are awesome. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place for the Week!

This is our third year at Norris Lake. We stay somewhere different each year. This place exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was already there. We were excited to use the kayaks and paddlboards. The beds were very comfortable!!! It was nice having a paved walkway to the dock. The house was very clean and was comfortable. Communication with the hosts was great! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property

Property is well kept. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of space for gathering and eating. Property owners are fabulous! Quick to respond to questions and concerns. All the outdoor furniture and water sport equipment was is good condition. We had a wonderful vacation. Thoroughly enjoyed the property, the lake and the fire pit.

This property was amazing for our trip to Norris. Had plenty of room for everyone, driveway was big enough for two boats and two jet skis, dock was amazing and great location. Will definitely be back!

Great house Great Hosts Lots of Amenities

House was exactly as described and had a lot of little extra touches to make the stay even more comfortable. The hosts were fantasic with all communications. They helped find the nearest ramp to drop the boat in; sent pictures for parking the truck and trailer; and even offered use of their hydrolift for the boat. (No one ever does that). The location was great as well. I was a little worried about rough water and the boat being knocked around when docked since we were near one of the main paths in the lake, but the water was calm most of the time. Here's a brief list of pros and cons from my stay: Pros: -great location and easy to get to with fantastic directions from the host -great communication from the host -has both standard coffee maker and keurig style -provides dish soap and diswasher detergent -provides kitchen and bath towels -provides shampoo/conditioner and body wash in each bathroom -TV with Roku in each bedroom -internet service -Google device for playing music and such -had all the right pots and pans for cooking - plenty of space in kitchen and seating in family room -Space for at least 1 truck/trailer parking Cons: -the only con as said in other reviews is the gravel walkway from the dock to the house. It's not as steep and doesn't have over 200 stairs like others. As I compare to other places, its not a con at all. However, I recommend you bring shoes with a back to them. Flip flops are not the best to give you the stability to walk up the gravel

Excellent lake house

A perfect stay for a two family getaway. It was a very well stocked house, not only the kitchen (the bev fridge and ice maker are fantastic additions), but also all the toys; lily pad, kayaks, paddleboards, corn hole boards, etc. We played on the dock and lake all day, easy kayak over to jumping rocks (cliff for big kids and even a smaller one for littles). Large living space was great for dinner and playing games on a few rainy days we had. Great place, would absolutely come back again...and we are already considering it!

Property was as advertised. Could have used a few polishing touches. Communication was great overall a really fun week. Was great renting a pontoon at Mountain Lake Marina as it is really close. Kids had fun playing at the dock.
