This upscale 2,750 sq. ft home (built in 2018) is situated in a private gated 28 acre community of only 5 homes and is located less than 10 miles from I-75. This home is situated on 6 wooded acres offering 1,000 feet of shoreline on a secluded deep water cove with a private dock and year round water. The home offers water views from every room in the 2-story floor plan. Covered decks on both levels provide amazing water views and plenty of space for outdoor living. You will find comfort in the four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Two spacious master bedrooms, a queen bedroom and 6 person bunk room, will allow 12 to sleep comfortably (Strict 12 person limit!).

**NOTE covered slips are not for rental use; however there is
ample space at the dock to tie up 1 -2 boats during your stay.

Need a break from the lake for a day? A great idea for the most adventurous - there is Tubing or Rafting in the Smokies on the Pigeon River or Zip-lining through the Smokies. The upper section of the Pigeon River boasts 12 Class III and 3 Class IV thrilling whitewater rapids! Accompanied by a professional river guide, you’ll be escorted down 5 miles of lively rapids with equally engaging nicknames such as Too Late, Vegamatic, Razor Blade, After Shave, and Lost Guide. Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, the gateway to the west is approximately 35 miles north with numerous hiking trails and scenic overlooks for you to enjoy as well as a museum.
We are 45 miles from Knoxville and only 75 miles from the popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg resort areas. You can hike the new Cumberland Trail or dine at the McCloud Mountain Restaurant with beautiful views of the Cumberland Mountains. There are also 2 world class ATV parks within a 30-60 min drive (Windrock and Ride Royal Blue). Close to the Chapman Hill Winery and Deerfield Golf Resort.
