Beautiful Oceanfront Condo With Breathtaking Beach Views

One of the southernmost Sea Islands, Amelia Island is an amazing vacation destination that embraces the natural beauty of northern Florida.

This completely updated one bedroom, one bathroom condominium is situated directly on the sandy beach of this lovely oceanfront property. Minutes away is a full scale grocery store, offering all that you may need, including wine and beer.

This unit is located on the third floor of the 'C' Building at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. It is situated next to the end unit on the south end of the property, which offers sweeping views both up and down the ocean front stretch of Amelia Island. Our balcony provides amazing views to the North, oceanfront, and a great view to the South. The recently updated kitchen and dining area offers a beautiful seascape from the expansive picture windows overlooking the beach.

The Amelia Surf & Racquet Club is a gated complex which offers two beautiful swimming pools overlooking the ocean and four clay tennis courts for use on a 24 hour basis.

Our unit is located on the premier south end of the Island. The exclusive Ritz-Carlton is a stroll away on the beach, offering casual and fine dining. If golf is your passion, enjoy any of the six golf courses on the Island, including the world-renowned Golf Club of Amelia Island and the Ocean Links at Amelia Island Plantation. The charming and historic village of Fernandina offers world-class restaurants, unique shopping experiences, specialty boutiques, and an endless array of activities.

Second Time Around!

We've fallen even harder for this condo, building, and island! The view is so captivating, the two rainy days were still beautiful. During our two-week stay, we enjoyed the beach, A. L. Lewis Museum, Burney Park, and the bike path. Will rebook for next year.

Relaxing

What a beautiful, clean, and cozy condo! You can see the ocean from almost every room and if you want to venture to town, it is only a few minutes' drive away. We had our best meal at Brett's Waterway Cafe. If you get the chance, take a boat ride on Amelia River Cruises. We took the coastal tour of Amelia Island and Cumberland Island and it was a lot of fun.

Beautiful Condo

Wonderful getaway stay at this condo on Amelia Island. Condo was decorated beautifully. Loved the large windows overlooking the ocean and the double door entry to the balcony was very nice. Easy access to the pool and the beach. This condo sits in a quiet part of the island so it is very relaxing. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive and have a beautiful condo. The location is perfect - right on the beach - and the condo was very cozy. This condo is absolutely amazing!! Everything you see is everything you get and more. Best condo we have ever stayed in!! Restaurants are amazing!! Everything is easy to get to on Amelia Island. We really liked how quiet and calm the complex was. We have never seen a condo stocked with more items as this was. We will definitely be back!!

Spectacular Direct Oceanfront Condo

Beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything you need. Brand new appliances and washer/dryer. Oceanfront views from living room and bedroom. Super quiet and relaxing. The pool is literally downstairs from the condo. Mark is super nice!

Perfect beach honeymoon

What an absolutely beautiful condo. Everything was even better than described. The location was perfect, away from the crowds. The condo extremely well equipped including beach chairs and umbrella and so many helpful brochures with places to eat and things to do in the area. We have been staying at Amelia S&R for over 15 years. We have stayed in our share of condos and this is our 2nd time in this unit. We love it. I do not have a negative thing to say. I appreciate a condo that stays up to date and is clean. Communication was great with the owners. We hopefully will be able to book this unit again next year if everyone doesn't beat us to it! And if you beat us..... you won't be disappointed!
