The condo's position within Quail Pointe II offers a tucked-away feel while keeping you close to Ponte Vedra Beach.

Inside, an open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining area, and main living space. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and an HDTV add to the comfort for both short visits and extended stays.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes everything you need to cook and gather together, along with a dining table for shared meals. A refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker are all on hand.

Sleeping arrangements
This condo accommodates up to 4 guests across two bedrooms: a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and golf course views, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for families or friends traveling together.

Conveniences for longer stays
WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and an in-unit washer and dryer make settling in easy. Fresh bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided.

Location & access
Located within Sawgrass Country Club near the Beach Gate, this condo offers easy access to the nearby community beach access point. Free parking includes two spaces, and a private entrance adds to your sense of privacy throughout your stay.

Note: This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.

Other things to note
Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent, and a government-issued ID is required. No pets are allowed. A Rental Agreement must be signed and returned after booking to complete your reservation.
