Welcome to your Jacksonville Beach retreat, just four blocks to the ocean. This spacious coastal getaway combines modern comfort with resort-style amenities, making it perfect for families and groups. Step outside to your own backyard oasis with a private heated pool, palm trees, and plenty of lounge seating. Relax under umbrellas, fire up the grill for poolside dining, or enjoy cocktails at sunset while the kids play in the swing nook. A covered patio provides shade and extra space to gather after a day at the beach.

Inside, the open floor plan is filled with natural light and designed for relaxation. The living room features a cozy fireplace and large TV, while the dining area flows into a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A sunny reading nook adds a quiet corner to sip coffee or curl up with a book. The primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms include a queen room with Smart TV, a large loft-style suite with two queen beds, and a twin room ideal for kids or friends. With three full bathrooms, everyone has space to refresh and unwind.

Extras include a game room with foosball and shuffleboard, a laundry room with essentials, and driveway parking for multiple vehicles. There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean with plenty of space for our family. The heated saltwater pool was really great and we spent many nights in it along with hanging out at the fire pit. The location was so close to the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay for spring break!

We visit Jacksonville Beach at least once a year, and this house is our favorite so far! With our big family, finding a place that fits everyone comfortably can be a challenge, but this home had plenty of space for all of us and having the heated pool was great since the weather was a little cool. The location is perfect—just a short walk or drive to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there were extra blankets for the beds. There are plenty of pool/beach towels, as well as the available beach chairs. You feel secluded in the back yard and pool area. It was perfect for the family to relax while the kids swam and played. Mike was consistently responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to returning to this fantastic home.Thank you, Mike, for providing such a welcoming home.

Perfect Home & Host(s)

My partner and I stayed at this property for a week with our dog. Communication with property hosts was incredibly smooth, check-in and check-out expectations were very reasonable, and maintenance was prompt to clean the pool following last week’s tropical storm. We especially appreciated the team member(s) who took care of garbage/recycling set-out during our stay. Outdoor area with television was a great spot to eat lunch before enjoying the pool. Will definitely book again and recommend to anyone considering visiting Jax Beach area!

When you first arrive it feels like you are going to be on top of the people next to you because it is in a very popular location, but then it has large private areas that kind of make it feel like a little resort you have all to yourself. Unfortunately we were victims of the global computer outage (CrowdStrike) so by the time we finally arrived we only 24 hours left of the trip. But those 24 hours were amazing and we will definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed this house. It is clean and well stocked with beach chairs , kitchen utensils and almost everything you would pack in a trip. Communication was great. They respond to your messages. Our grandkids loved the pool and everything in the back yard. You are close to the beach. Short drive. We loved it and will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mike’s property! The house is just as it is listed, and you feel very refreshed walking into this home. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There is an issue with the outdoor television in which they called us beforehand to let us know and quickly fixed it. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property and cannot wait to visit again.

CLOSE TO MAYO, CLOSE TO BEACH -Clean and Family Friendly

Amazing host, welcoming and very accommodating; not to mention, this property was a phenomenal fit for our family! I choose this house because I needed a place that would accommodate my family (adult children and grandchildren), give me room to rest and recover (Mayo visit), and allow us to celebrate my husband's birthday, as well as absorb the beach air. The house exceeded my expectations, it was inviting , clean and very well kept. Everyday items were stocked and available for our use (detergent, bleach, fabric softener, tissue, paper towels, disinfectant spray, kitchen spices, aluminum foil, etc). The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were more than spacious. The amenities in both the yard and garage kept my family busy. The location was perfect! It was close enough for a short walk to the beach but back in a friendly neighborhood allowing privacy. I highly recommend this property, and look forward to renting it again!

I am from Jacksonville. Lived here all my life. I own a small business so getting away isn’t easy for spring break. This was perfect! My kids were able to walk to the beach while I worked a little. We were a party of 10 (2 families with kids ranging 4-17) and this place was perfect! So clean, all the amenities you need, beds are comfortable, and lots of space. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. Keurig AND a coffee pot to get going in the morning. Cute backyard with swings and sitting area. Short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Love the beach theme throughout the house- definitely feels like a getaway. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The room with 2 queens is extra spacious with a small couch and tv

Family Visit

Mike was great to work with. Booking was seamless. Our stay was great. Everyone had their own space, the fenced in yard was amazing for our dog to run around in as well as the kids to chase him. Distance to family was super close! We had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again.
