Outdoor pool area construction work was loud and disruptive. Only one elevator was working. Breakfast was fair, but kitchen staff was extremely rude. We even saw one employee eating scones as she was restocking. No alarm clock in the room.

Seen a kid looking through cars. Alerted hotel and they did nothing. They said we should call police. I am on vacation and don't want to deal with that as a guest. Our room had a funky smell. Its an older hotel and it shows.

Pricey for condition of room.

Paid $300 for a night but seemed a little pricey for condition of room. Stained carpet in hallways and room,caulking separating around shower, rusted and water stained spicket in shower along with the grout in shower

Pleasant beach stay

It was a convenient and comfortable location with a pool that was heated along with a hot tub, the service was good and we had a nice view of the beach from our room. The parking was free, and there was plenty of restaurants nearby, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place is in a perfect location to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was great but this hotel needs a serious remodel. For the kind of money you are playing this place should be in better condition. The carpets are extremely dirty and the bathroom is extremely outdated. Being that this hotel is apart of the Hilton brand I would expect better conditions. Sadly, the rooms are old and outdated. Breakfast was good but needs a little more options.
