front desk immediately started raising her voice at the guys as they had a trailer with them. She refused to even let them stay after the altercation.

I am truly sorry for the way you were treated. My staff was just explaining that trucks could not take multiple parking spaces as there would be no parking for other guests. All large trucks with trailers must park on the street.

Business meeting
Posted Feb. 24, 2024 on HotelsRoom was clean, up to date, and hotel was clean. Staff checked me in was pleasant. Coffee and breakfast was a nice plus. I will stay again when in Jacksonville for business trip
