When we got to the hotel no attendant was there to check us in. I had to find him. He stated that the reservation was not entered correctly. He was nice but we flew up in the middle of the night to see our loved one who died twice and miraculously survived. We were tired and overwhelmed. It was not the best welcome to a hotel.

Not so bad- not so good

It was a decent experience. A welcoming check-in with about average quality rooms. Could’ve easily improved the overall quality by making sure that the rooms had enough amenities like soap but hey, it’s a Holiday Inn. What more can I expect?
