This renovated, third-floor condo makes the perfect beach getaway! Relax and enjoy the views from either of your own two private balconies! There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The primary bedroom has a TV, and one guest bedroom has its own balcony. Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, TVs in the living room, and the primary bedroom. This condo has beautiful views and is steps away from the beach or the community pool!
Things to Know
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There may be some construction equipment in the area and in some assigned parking spaces. There are plenty of extra open parking spaces. Expected completion is the end of Summer 2025.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Needs some uograding
For the amount of money to rent this, I would have expected better beds, they were literally cot style mattresses, the patio doors were all very hard to open and shut. No screens. Very uncomfortable dining chairs. Cheap construction.
