Living spaces
The open-concept main floor connects the living and dining areas naturally, with an HDTV, dedicated workspace, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating. A private entrance with keypad self check-in puts arrival entirely on your schedule, and two parking spaces on premises are included.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Each of the three bedrooms features a king bed. The primary bedroom on the main level has a private ensuite with a bathtub. Upstairs, two king bedrooms each have their own ensuite - one opens onto a balcony with green views.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Pull up a seat at the dining table for a shared meal before or after a day out.
 
Outdoor & community
The patio and balcony offer peaceful pond views, and lake access is available via a nearby path or dock. Located inside the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC) - guests enjoy access to the community pool and clubhouse. Golf, pickleball, and tennis reservations can be booked independently at nearby facilities.

Washer, dryer, and home safety essentials included. Dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees - assistance animals always welcome.
