Atlantic light fills the condo each morning as waves roll in below, setting a rhythm that carries through the day. Step outside and the ocean stretches in every direction - open shoreline, wide sky, and a sea breeze that drifts through the rooms. No pets, sorry.
 
Living space
The open living and dining area frames the Atlantic through large windows, keeping the coast in view throughout the day. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, and heating maintain comfort in any conditions. Wifi, a dedicated workspace, and a TV with cable round out the space.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct balcony access with open ocean views. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds and its own balcony overlooking the beach. Bed linens, towels, hangers, washer, dryer, and iron are all provided.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes, cookware, and silverware needed to cook at your own pace. A dining table brings everyone together with the coast just outside.
 
Outdoor living
Both balconies sit directly above the sand - ideal for quiet mornings and calm evenings as the light fades over the water. Guests also have access to the community pool for additional outdoor time.
 
Amenities & essentials
The condo includes bathroom essentials, a bathtub, and a hair dryer. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on-site. A private entrance, free parking, and a garage for 2 vehicles make every arrival and outing easy.
 
Location
Set directly on the shoreline in Ponte Vedra Beach, this condo places you at the edge of the Atlantic - within easy reach of everything the area has to offer.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private membership club for residents only. Memberships do not extend to guests staying at rental properties.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
