I love Tru by Hilton hotels, The rooms very comfy and I love the accommodations. Ice buckets near the water bottle fill station. The Libby is so unique for the price of your stay. Breakfast great but my first Try hotel experience they had turkey sausage available for me. I do not consume pork products so I had to get creative with the hard boiled eggs and mayo hot sauce pancake. The pancakes are so tasty I have a cleaning service and definitely appreciate the bathroom was clean well the newness of the building helps too. But they were lacking in clean floors and trash cans over spilling by 7:30 am from night before. I can’t say if it was our rooms floor or down in lobby . But the bottom of our feet were so black I was embarrassed for the hotel. Every one was great and helpful! I love the breakfast the lobby and room vibe! The pool area with its lounge area is so Hilton but at an affordable price. My son doesn’t have a pool so when I visit I rent a room for my family so they can enjoy all the things I enjoy about “TRU” !

I thought the staff was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and roomy. I like that they had hard floors, and not carpet. The bathroom was great for my travel companion who needed a walk-in shower. However, I was not too happy with the location surrounding the property. I didn't really feel unsafe, but the area was a bit sketchy, and it was not close to any food choices.

Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in in a longgggg time. Hot water in the shower wasn’t as hot which was kinda disappointing. Bed soft and comfy. Nice view. HD TV. Quietness. Would definitely book again!

If it wasn’t for the staff, I would’ve given this hotel a 1 star review. The property itself is well maintained, but other than a gas station next door, there’s no places to eat within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and nice, but sadly that’s the only positive thing I have about my stay. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, as it felt like I was lying on a metal slab the whole time. My pillows smelled like weed, so I ended up using a towel for a pillow. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t strong enough, nor did the water get hot enough for me either. The TV didn’t have many channels to choose from, and the ice machine on my floor was broken too. I’m glad my stay was only for one night, as I would’ve cancelled the remaining of my stay. Spend the extra bucks for a better hotel, and don’t be cheap like me.
