Cluff Vew - Sea views!... Off Peak Special!

CLUFF VEW is a 4 bedroom modern 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to 9 guests with sea views.

UPSTAIRS:
Open plan kitchen with dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, living with TV, DVD, dining, reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Main bedroom with ceiling fan and access to bathroom and deck.

Bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c, deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.


DOWNSTAIRS:
2nd living area with TV, DVD, reverse cycle air-conditioner, bathroom with full size bath, shower, vanity & w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine.

Bed configuration - main bed - queen, bed 2 - 2 x singles, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top).

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen bed, $27.50 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

James Well is a small coastal settlement just south of Ardrossan, overlooking beautiful Gulf St Vincent.
Located approximately two hours drive from Adelaide, James well is popular with families for fishing, crabbing and as a great base to explore Yorke Peninsula.

There is a walking trail between James Well and Rogues Point to Pine Point, which is part of the Walk The Yorke trail.
James Well has a cement boat ramp for the fishing enthusiasts, suitable for launching at high tide only or you can head to nearby Ardrossan which has an all-weather boat ramp, from which you can launch at all times.
There are no shops in James Well but it’s only a short drive to Ardrossan which has a hotel, supermarket, butcher and much more.

Great Location if you like a walk to the beach

Clean and fresh easy living with everything you could think of with the exception of linen. You have to bring your own. A five minute walk to the beach but the views from the balcony are amazing. Perfect for two families of four. It would be good to have access to crabbing equipment but luckily we are seasoned travellers :)

Nice and clean, kitchen cutlery and crockery good, excellent range of saucepans for the induction stove. Comfy beds, nice view out over St Vincent Gulf from the upstairs living area. Ardrossan is 10 mins drive away and has good supermarket.

Plumbing issues

Toilet plumbing needs to be addressed .As major problem with blockages downstairs put a dampner on our holiday as we had eight people needing to use toilet and shower and couldnt use for two days.

The house is beautiful, and we loved the layout with the two separate living areas for adults and kids. We had most meals on the deck - it was our favourite place to be! The house was clean and well equipped, and James Well/Rogues Point itself is a lovely, quiet spot, with an easy 3 minute walk to the beach from the house. We also found being so close to Ardrossan very handy for food top ups, and we had a fantastic meal at the Ardrossan Hotel. Thank you to the owners, and we very much look forward to our next stay!

Amazing house with a great view. House was above expectations, photoes dont do it justice. Short walk to the beach. House beautifully cleaned and ready for us. Had trouble with the bottom story shower. Could only turn the cold a fraction or the water would be freezing.

The place was clean and spacious. Very modern. My kids loved the puzzles and board games that were provided. We caught some crabs and squid from adrossan jetty and James Well. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely house, excellent balcony.With capacity for 9 people a clothes line is a necessity. Dish washer detergent needs to be provided, not something we thought we needed to bring.
